C4.006 - Papillitis with Optic Neuritis

Case not moderated.

29 year old male with a history of blurring of vision right eye with pain around the eye for 2 weeks. He had a history of upper respiratory infection 7 days earlier. No history of fever/other neurologic symptoms.
On examination, his BCVA was 6/6 both eyes. Color vision was submormal right eye and normal in the left eye. Pupil showed right eye RAPD. Ocular movement was slightly painful right eye. Right eye globe tenderness was present.
