C4.009 - Occipital Infarct

Case not moderated.

61 year old male complained of blurring of vision in both eyes for 20 days. He was a known diabetic for 12 yrs, hypertensive for 12 yrs and chronic smoker for 40 years along with ischemic heart disease for one year. On Examination, he had tremors. His BCVA was right eye 6/12P,left eye 6/36p.Both eyes had early nuclear cataracts. Fundus exam showed moderate NPDR in right eye and mild NPDR in the left eye.
